HLRB (High Low Red Black) Accepted at App Store

2010-04-10

Today, our first iPhone application - HLRB (High Low Red Black) - was accepted at the iTunes app store. We are excited because it was a long time coming and was a great learning experience. Objective C is not an easy language to learn but we had a lot of fun making it. Hopefully, this will mean many more applications in the future. Go ahead and download it here: HLRB iTunes Download.

BA Labs Website Launched

2010-02-16

With one month of work down we have successfully deployed our second website (it is the one you are looking at). Learning Django was one of the main goals when implementing the site. It is not only extremely easy to use but it is powerful. You can accomplish so much with very little effort. We wouldn't be surprised if this wasn't our last effort using Django. The CSS for the site was not the easiest, but as always was a learning experience and we are that much more experienced with it. Check out our projects page describing BA Labs.

Next on the list... get some iPhone applications developed and released and keep working on rendeznew to move some of the calculations to the back end and hopefully turn it into a web service. Until then check back later for more news. Thanks for reading.
